Matt Howe

Adviser

Matt Howe is a lifelong Wildcat. He currently teaches US History, Journalism, Yearbook, and whatever other elective classes the universe throws his way. He also is the social studies department leader. In his spare time, it's all about family, friends, good eats, sports, and the great outdoors. You can easily spy him at a variety of Northview events, playing pickleball on courts around town, and driving around Northview in his vintage mint green truck.

Riley Snyder is a senior who has been a staff-writer since her sophomore year. This is her first-year as Editor in Chief as well as social media manager for The Roar. In her free time, she works a part-time job, enjoys hanging out with friends, and exploring new places! Riley plans to pursue Accounting after high school.

Esther Cosby is a Junior and a 3rd year staff writer. She is a member of NHS, student council, a drum major for the marching band and actively involved in the theatre program. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and making art.

Kaylee TerHaar-Parks

Staff Writer

Kaylee TerHaar-Parks is a senior and first-year staff writer who is actively involved in the theater department, having enjoyed her time working as technical crew management for many Northview shows. She especially values her time in the SEALS program, where she enjoys working with her second grade students. In her free time she likes spending time with her family, reading, and exploring new hobbies. After high school, Kaylee plans to pursue a degree in elementary education in hopes of becoming a kindergarten teacher.

Sophomore Lexi Pepper is a first-year staff writer. In her free time she lifeguards, attends powerstrength, and swims for both NKAT and Varsity Girls Swim & Dive. Whenever she gets a chance, she enjoys reading, all things music, and spending time with her family.
