Lighting up the holiday season

Christmas time is finally here, and what’s the holiday season without Christmas lights.

The annual drive-thru Christmas Lite Show at 5/3 Ballpark has been providing West Michigan with holiday cheer for 21 years now.

Consisting of a two mile loop through a winter wonderland of bright lights, with 50 different displays and over one million lights, it is a fun experience for all. Drive by Santa playing basketball and penguins ice skating, tunnels of blinking lights, and colorful candy canes.

Open through all of December from 5:30 pm until 9:30 pm, it is the perfect activity for over Christmas break. They are also open on Christmas eve, Christmas and New Years eve.

Prices for tickets vary based on size of vehicle, but the cost for an average car or van is $22. So load up your car’s with friends and family because the cost is a little steep for just one or two people in a car. Tickets are available either online or upon arrival.

The show not only features festive lights but you can also stop by and see Santa until the 23rd from 6-9 pm. Or take a ride on their Memory Lane Train which takes you through the show on a magical light up train and is $22 dollars for two people, buy tickets ahead of time online.
