Already Released: Harry’s House by Harry Styles

Former One Direction singer, Harry Styles, has had many successes in his solo career. He has released two studio albums, Harry Styles and Fine Line, and now, one more is added to the collection. Styles’ third album, Harry’s House, was released on May 20. Styles put out one single from the album prior to the release date titled, “As It Was.” This is the perfect summer album, with a mix of bright, upbeat tracks that are perfect for dancing, with the occasional slower, more emotional song. Sophomore Sylvia VanCarterberg is a huge fan of Styles’ music and loves his new album.
“I am absolutely obsessed with Harry Styles’s new album, it is completely different from anything he’s ever done before. It’s not just basic pop but has an indie/70s sound to it, super chill,” said VanCarterberg.
Denim and Rhinestones by Carrie Underwood

Country music sensation Carrie Underwood has released 8 albums throughout her career, including Some Hearts and Blown Away, and now she is giving listeners another one to bring out their inner country fans this summer. Underwood is releasing her ninth studio album, Denim and Rhinestones, on June 10. The singer has already released three singles from the album, titled “Denim and Rhinestones,” “Ghost Story,” and “Crazy Angels.”
Superache by Conan Gray

Indie pop singer and songwriter Conan Gray has announced that his sophomore studio album, Superache, is coming out on June 24, following his debut album, Kid Krow. Multiple singles, including “Memories” and “Yours,” have already been released from the album. This album means a great deal to freshman Addison Venno.
“This album means a lot to me. It already has my favorite song on it so I know I’m going to love it. I think it was brave of him to release almost half of the album as singles because that’s a risky thing for an artist to do,” said Venno.
Gray has been known to release heartbreaking songs, so prepare for another emotional album with powerful lyrics.

Popular singer and rapper Lizzo has gained a great deal of popularity with her previous album, Cuz I Love You, and she has announced her upcoming fourth studio album, Special, coming out on July 15. She has already put two singles from the album, named “About **** Time” and “Special.” Considering her previous type of music, this album should be great for a party with an upbeat vibe.
Surrender by Maggie Rogers

Alternative/indie singer Maggie Rogers is a unique talent who is fairly new to the music industry. Rogers got her start to fame when she released her debut album Heard It In A Past Life. Rogers is set to release her second studio album, Surrender, on July 29. She has one single already put out from the album, titled “That’s Where I Am.” This album could be the perfect thing to listen to when chilling on a summer evening.
