SADD Prom Assembly 2024 recap photo gallery

First responders pull a SADD club member on a gurney. This was an extrication out of the "deceased" car, and one of many actions that the responders would perform to educate students during the assembly. Photo credit to Addy Forbes.

Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) is a club organized by staff member Brian Bollone, who teaches biology, Advanced Placement biology and criminology. SADD mainly runs blood drives for the high school, but they also put on a yearly assembly before Prom to warn juniors about the dangers and consequences of unsafe driving.

No matter their grade, students involved in the club all help with the assembly as actors, organizers or technical workers. Their emotional and raw assembly helps remind new drivers at the high school of the responsibility they have while driving, especially with other people in the vehicle.
