Mental health resources

It’s okay to struggle daily with your own thoughts. It’s okay to be broken, it’s okay to be hurting, it’s okay to be different, and it’s okay to ask for help. It can be scary to trust someone and open up, yet it is vital to healing as a person.

There are many ways to seek help such as talking to a trusted teacher or peer, confiding in a counselor or getting a peer listener, yet these aren’t the only ways. Below are some resources to help you in a crisis or provide support. If you find yourself or a friend in need, please reach out to one of these organizations.

You can’t control what happens to you, and you can’t control if your mind feels broken, but you always have command over what you do in response. Please don’t choose to remain silent.
